How do I cancel my LitCharts A+ subscription?

We can’t take LiCharts A+ cancellation requests via email, but you can cancel yourself in just a few minutes by following the instructions below. 

To cancel, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your LitCharts account.
2. While logged in, click your username in the top-right corner of any page. From the dropdown menu that appears, click Account Settings.
3. On the Your Account page, click the second tab, labeled "Subscription" near the top of the page.
4. Under the "Cancel Subscription" heading, choose "begin the cancellation process here" to start the cancellation process. We'll ask you a couple of quick questions about your experience first. Be sure to confirm you have completed the process. 

When you have successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation message with a confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirming the cancellation. Make sure you receive a confirmation before navigating away from the page.
